Our specialty division, Nelson Service Company, joined the AKM LLC team in 1983 and operates a 32-acre site in Denham Springs, Louisiana. We provide the following shop and field services to industrial and commercial customers:

• Sandblasting and Coating
• Acid-Proofing
• Fireproofing
• Tank Lining
• Corrosion Surveys

Coating facility capacities:

• 20-acre lay-down capacity — largest in the area
• 200’ x 100’ covered building
• Supervision/QC personnel are Level I and/or Level II NACE-certified
